The last days grid was formed in minutes from the edge of the runway as it was used during the Aviation Museum display. We had a convoy of cars taking pilots back to the grid as soon as the Hudson taxied past. We pushed all gliders onto the grid and as soon as the tugs arrive we launched into a beautiful sky.

Welcome to the website for the 2011/2012 NSW State Gliding Championships to be held at Temora, NSW.
The competition will cater for Std, 15m, 18m, Open, and Club class with classes combined for tasking based on entry numbers received. The championships run from 26th November to 3rd December, 2011 with the first Saturday allocated as a practise day.
